I believe food to be much more than something we all must have in order to survive. I believe it to be a art form, a passion, a gift from God. With todays lifestyles it is hard to find that passion in food. With all the fast food and frozen ready to bake put in in the microwave push 2 and dinner is done. I will admit I do enjoy a frozen pizza from time to time but thats not cooking! Cooking is preparing a meal for friends, family even yourself and putting love into it! Making people feel happy, loved,feeling like someone took the time to do this for me! Food is about putting a plate in front of someone and watching them smiling when they take the first bite, taking the last bite and wanting one more. If its fried chicken, or Dover sole it should be done properly the best way you know how. For the people that mean the most to us.
